Anthesis Technologies offers custom enterprise software engineering, web application development, mobile application development, tailored CRM/ERP systems, dedicated offshore resource allocation, and digital marketing (SEO) solutions. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
Unless otherwise specified in a custom contract, all intellectual property rights for custom-designed assets, software code, database structures, and systems developed by Anthesis Technologies for a client will be fully transferred to the client upon receipt of complete and final payment. Anthesis Technologies retains the rights to general libraries, pre-existing frameworks, templates, and general design paradigms used during development.
To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for providing clear specifications, required media assets, timely feedback, and access permissions where necessary. Anthesis Technologies is not liable for project delays resulting from client bottlenecks, delayed approvals, or failure to provide accurate credentials or materials.
Billing terms are structured based on the chosen engagement model (Fixed Price, Dedicated Resource Monthly Retainer, or Hourly Time & Materials). Invoices are sent via secure billing systems and are payable within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Delay in payments may result in the suspension of active development or hosting services.
Both parties agree to treat all business information, design mockups, software architectures, credentials, and project data shared during the collaboration as strictly confidential. Anthesis Technologies is fully committed to signing and adhering to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect your proprietary business concepts.
Anthesis Technologies strives to deliver robust, high-performance systems. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or business data) arising out of the use or inability to use our software, website, or marketing services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
