Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities for our software development, website development, mobile app development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Requirements & Skills
Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software and digital solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
Follow up with leads until conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and timelines.
Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking sessions when required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Knowledge of software development services, websites, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing is an advantage.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
0–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with lead generation tools.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of proposal writing and sales documentation.
Experience in B2B sales.
